Cancellation Policy
Please review the current cancellation policy in regards to the reservations made with Lakeside Vacation Rentals. Deposit and balance will be processed automatically.
» 25% of the total reservation due when the reservation is made.
» If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit.
» Cancel 30 days or less – NO REFUND. Entire reservation amount will be charged.
» Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
FAQ
- Where do I pick up the keys? (Answer – Keys are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival so there is no need to check into an office. Just drive straight to your vacation rental without the hassle)
- Are linens and towels provided? (Answer – Yes, linens and towels are provided for all of our properties)
- Is there a cleaning fee? (Answer – Yes, the cost of cleaning fees varies and they are non-refundable)
- Are pets allowed? (Answer – A few homes will allow pets but the majority of our vacation rentals do not. For those homes that do allow pets we do not charge a pet fee. However, if your pet causes damage the credit card on file will be charged)
- Are there additional security deposits? (No – we do not charge a security deposit. However, if damage is done to the home the guest is responsible and the credit card on file will be charged.
- What do I need to do at check out? ( Just leave the key where you found it and we will take care of the rest)
- What are check in check out times? (Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 11 AM)
- Is there an afterhours or emergency number to call if we have problems? (208-315-2080)
