Cancellation Policy

Please review the current cancellation policy in regards to the

Prime Time/Off-Season rental periods. Prime Time includes Christmas Vacation (Dec 22-31) & Holidays, Winter Carnival, the summer months (May 26–Sept 15) and year-in-advance reservations.

PRIME TIME POLICY:

  • 25% Deposit of total amount due at the time of reservation
  • Must cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival date for a full refund less$25
  • Cancel 59-31 days – refund less deposit
  • Cancel 30 days or less – NO REFUND
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date

The standard Off-Season cancellation policy is for all other days of the year:

  • 25% deposit of total amount due at the time of reservation
  • Must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date of a full refund less $25
  • Cancel 29-15 days – refund less deposit
  • Cancel 15 days of less – NO REFUND
  • Balance due two weeks prior to arrival date
